NOTE (1) Early Paid Registration fee applies only if registration is done before or on July 24th, 2020 and is fully paid within 5 business days (until July 31st, 2020). 

This fee will not be applied to registrations made after July 24th, 2020 and/or paid after July 31st, 2020. If the registration is not paid in full by the above date you will be charged the corresponding fee according to category.

 

NOTE (2)  Fees apply to all Authors whose final abstracts have been approved and who wish for their abstracts to appear in the proceedings must register by June 24th, 2020. Abstracts of authors not fully registered by this date (with fees duly paid) will NOT be included in the proceedings or the technical program

 

NOTE (3) This fee applies to members of the Organizing, Advisory and Technical Committees. Please see the complete list of Committee members in the corresponding section of this website.

 

Registration fees do not include accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Delegates are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Additional Tickets

If you wish to bring a spouse, friend or colleague to the congress social functions, you must purchase additional tickets for your companions for these activities. Please note that companions do not have access to the technical sessions.

Payment

Service charges applied to wire transfers should not be substracted from the registration fee. All bank service charges should be assumed by the participant.

Participants residing in Chile:

Credit card (Webpay)

Participants who reside in Chile can pay their registration fee with any well-known credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express), without payment instalments.

Deposit or bank transfer in Chilean pesos

Deposits of bank transfers should be made to Gecamin Ltda. account 02-55260-4, Banco Santander Santiago, Santiago de Chile. Rut 77.127.870-1. Please send confirmation of the deposit to facturacion@gecamin.com

Deposits or transfers must be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of registration and cannot exceed the start date of the conference in the case of registering the same week.

Purchase order

In this case, please select the purchase order and fill out all the relevant billing information. It is important that when registering the data indicated for the issuance of the invoice are correct.

The purchase order must be received in a maximum of 7 business days from the registration date and cannot exceed the start date of the conference in the case of registering the same week.

The purchase order is a document that consolidates a purchase commitment, once received by Gecamin, the policies indicated in it will be billed and the terms and conditions of any regular registration (cancellations, discount values, among others) will apply. You can pay against invoice in 30 days.

Participants outside of Chile should pay their registration fees with a credit card via PayPal, in American dollars (USD).

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations will be accepted only if received in writing before July 24, 2020 to paste@gecamin.com. The cancelation must include the name of the participant, company and reason for cancelation. Upon cancelation a fee of USD 300 / CLP 180,000 (for authors) and USD 150 / CLP 90,000 (for other participants) will be withheld. The conference proceedings will be sent to your postal address.

 

After July 24, 2020 there will be no refunds and all registered participants will be charged the full fee.

 

If a registered participant is unable to attend and is not able to cancel before July 24, 2020, replacements for authors and participants are welcome at no additional cost. Please notify us of any substitutions (providing full name, ID, position, company, phone number and email) to paste@gecamin.com.

 

Photo and video release

By accepting the terms and conditions of registration, you allow Gecamin Ltda. to take photographs or videos of you during the congress for use on their website and in future promotional materials. If you do not wish to be included in any photo or video, please write comunicaciones@gecamin.com at least 72 hours prior to the event.
